In
spite of his rather scary eyes, Brown strikes us as a cautious
and thoughtful man. When asked his opinion on most political issues,
he choses to refrain from extensive comment and suggests no sudden
changes without careful research. Running as an Independent, this
44 year old house renovator from Florida believes that foreign
policy issues will become increasingly important in the future.
To that end, he says he has been "studying the inscrutible." Whatever
the outcome in 2000, he promises to run again in 2004.
