Sheckler has been a political writer, ship's engineering officer,
aerospace design engineer, Jr. College teacher of accounting,
psychology, drafting, business mathematics and remedial mathematics,
husband, father, Boy Scout leader. His insights on the political
arena have been called brilliant, sardonic, knowledgeable, comedic,
serious, and sometimes poignant.
But
besides these facts and the impression that Mr. Sheckler is a
Libertarian who envisions tri-partisanship as the cure for what
ails Washington, D.C., there isn't much information to be found
on his bid for the presidency. Although we do know he has a thing
about Belgium...
"Belgium
currently writes most of the laws passed in the United States
of America right now! If you think that the building codes passed
by your city council are repressive, they were probably written
in Belgium".
